Dallas is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners build and preserve wealth through advanced tax, trust, and succession planning. Dallas works closely with clients’ legal, accounting, and financial professionals, reflecting her belief that true financial success is achieved through strong communication and collaboration among all advisors.
Dallas built an extensive career in wealth advisory and public practice, where she has managed a broad portfolio of personal, corporate, and trust clients. She supported clients through sophisticated estate planning strategies, provided detailed technical tax advice, and mentored accounting staff and CPA candidates. Her roles have further strengthened her expertise in financial reporting, taxation, advisory services, and team leadership.
Dallas has an experienced background in professional governance and community leadership. She has served on a professional conduct committee, a provincial board of governors, and multiple bylaws and ethics committees—where she also served as chair. Dallas has volunteered extensively in her community, including providing tax support for seniors, and contributing leadership to school community councils, youth sports, fundraising initiatives, and early childhood programming. In recognition of her leadership, integrity, and outstanding contributions to the accounting
profession, Dallas was awarded the prestigious Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) designation—one of the highest honours in the profession.
Dallas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Saskatchewan and continues to invest in ongoing professional development in personal, corporate, and trust taxation. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to delivering advice rooted in technical excellence, transparency, and genuine care for the financial well-being of her clients.
Ryan P. Mackiewich

Senior Advisor, Advanced Planning
Ryan Mackiewich is a tax advising expert with over 30 years of experience, joining Aeternus as Senior Advisor, Advanced Planning. He specializes in providing solutionsthat help enterprising families retain wealth and transition it across generations. Ryan brings strong relationships with CPAs across Canada and a deep understanding of family business challenges. With a proven track record in leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning, Ryan fosters strong, collaborative, and trusting work environments.
Over the past several years, Ryan has worked with various CPA firms across Western Canada, empowering them to elevate their advisory services through coaching and strategic guidance to shift their clients’ view of them beyond most trusted advisor to most valued. Prior to that, Ryan spent 26 years in two of the nation’s largest CPA firms. Ryan started as a Tax Advisor, focusing on solving complex tax problems and assisting with business transitions. Ryan then developed a national SR&ED and Tax Incentives practice advising companies on various tax credits and grant applications and grew the business from himself to a team of 30 in six centres across Canada, generating multiple millions in revenue.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He has specialized in tax through extensive training, including CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program (IDTP). In 2020, he earned the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation, reflecting his commitment to helping enterprising families with wealth management and transition.
